Why it matters?
During the pivotal stage of middle school, where adolescents are navigating their identities, the significance of leadership and anti-bullying workshops becomes evident. My type of workshop serves as crucial platforms for imparting values of kindness and fostering a culture of intervention against bullying behaviors.

Students will engage in a three-step workshop designed to cultivate emotional intelligence and leadership skills. Through interactive role-playing activities and the chance to win prizes, the session promises to be both educational and engaging for all participants!

Build Self-Confidence
In the initial segment of the workshop, students will delve into the effects of friendships and social media have on their internal dialogues, which can shape their emotions and sway the choices they make.
Lesson 2: Goals
In the upcoming segment of our workshop, I'll discuss how having a clear target committing to the kind of leaders they aspire to be can assist them in developing the necessary daily routines to achieve their goals.
Accountability Partner
During the concluding segment of the workshop, participants will be tasked with identifying a peer who will support them in staying accountable throughout the academic year. Together, they will engage in a weekly self-exploration and anti-bullying assessment.
