At the beginning of the presentation, I'll illustrate how social media and friendships shape the way students talk to themselves. I'll then highlight the link between these moments of self-reflection and the emotions they evoke, emphasizing how these emotions significantly influence the decisions students make both within and outside of school.

Focus on What Matters

In the next part of our presentation, I delve into the importance of setting clear and defined targets for who students aspire to become, alongside the adoption of empowering habits to support these aspirations. I'll conclude this segment by encouraging students to attach a powerful "why" to their goals, serving as a source of motivation to persist through challenges on their journey towards achievement.

Accountability Partner

In the final part of the presentation, attendees will be assigned the responsibility of selecting a peer whom they will assist by providing emotional and academic support both inside and outside of school. They will collaborate on a weekly self-discovery and anti-bullying evaluation.
