Why it matters?

Exposing 4th and 5th graders is important because it lays the foundation for positive social behaviors, empowers students to prevent and address bullying, and contributes to the creation of a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Breakdown

Students will engage in a three-step workshop designed to cultivate emotional intelligence and leadership skills. Through interactive role-playing activities and the chance to win prizes, the session promises to be both educational and engaging for all participants!

Build Self-Confidence

During the first part of our lesson, I'll show how, video games and friendships can impact the conversations they have internally, the emotions they experience, and the decisions they make.

Focus on What Matters

In the next part of our presentation, we'll talk about a fun, creative, and empowering way to set positive goals in and out of the classroom.

Accountability Partner

During the concluding segment of the workshop, participants will be tasked with identifying a peer who will support them in staying accountable throughout the academic year. Together, they will engage in a weekly self-exploration and anti-bullying assessment.
